Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements, exclusions, and procedures described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible returns may include change-of-mind returns and incorrect size, color, or item selections. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for voluntary returns unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Eligible items may be returned in accordance with our policy and a new order may be placed separately.
